**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $41,600 to $49,920, based on the company's compensation structure and industry standards.

**Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Farm Service Operator to join our team. Key responsibilities include operating new and well-maintained machinery, such as tractors, end-loaders, floaters, spreaders, sprayers, and trucks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for transporting agricultural products from facilities to crop fields, mixing and blending chemicals and fertilizers for application, and providing excellent customer service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

• Prior experience operating heavy machinery or equipment is essential.
• The ability to work with hand and power tools is required.
• A willingness to obtain a Class A CDL (with our assistance) is necessary.
