Job Description

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) role is an exciting opportunity for therapists to provide high-quality care and make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

As a COTA, you will work under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct patient care and support rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to patients with various conditions and abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • COTA license in the state of Ohio.
  • Associate degree in occupational therapy or related field.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
