Role Overview

Nesco Resource is partnering with an international pharmaceutical client to find production professionals for a dynamic manufacturing team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality products are manufactured while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Responsibilities
  • cGMP/Documentation: Perform all functions according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Accurately and legibly document in the Manufacturing Batch Record and Logbook.
  • Operate and weigh materials.
  • Perform calibration of weighing balance.
  • Dispensing and handling microdose (Dry powder inhalation).
  • Enforce and follow safety regulations and ensure the working area is clean.
  • Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
  • Other duties assigned by Manufacturing Management.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Critical Skills: Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Manufacturing Area Standard Operating Procedures, and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both written and verbally in English.
  • Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company standards.
  • Prior experience with coating or granulation within the pharmaceutical industry.
Compensation

$18-$25 per hour depending on experience. We offer competitive compensation packages and a supportive work environment.
