Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students of various ages and abilities, helping them to develop the skills they need to succeed in school and life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' goals and objectives.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in a school setting, utilizing a variety of techniques and strategies to promote learning and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment that fosters students' growth and success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records to track progress and inform future interventions.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Indiana OT licensure and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Passion for working with children and promoting their development and well-being.
