Job Title: Full-Time Day Porter

Red Coats, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Day Porter to join our team in the HOLLYWOOD area. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our office building and common areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Assist with general and preventative maintenance tasks, such as painting and repairing equipment.
  • Inspect hallways and common areas to ensure they are clean and free of obstacles.
  • Replace light bulbs and perform other tasks to maintain adequate lighting.
  • Assist with plumbing work, such as unclogging toilets.
  • Prepare suites for occupancy by removing trash and cleaning according to established procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory of equipment and supplies.
  • Receive and review work orders and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to speak and read English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance.
  • Knowledge of general building maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background screening.
  • Must be over 18 years of age and have a reliable form of transportation.
