Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lifeguard I Westridge to join our team at the HRCA Rec Center at Westridge - Highlands Ranch, CO. As a Lifeguard I Westridge, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of members and guests at our aquatics facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce organizational policies, rules, and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a safe aquatic environment.
  • Perform light maintenance and janitorial duties to maintain swimming pool decks, bathrooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with written documentation for chemical logs, incident reports, and other necessary records.
  • Participate in special programming, such as birthday parties, and ensure participants have a safe and positive experience.
  • Abide by all provisions as designated in the ILTP Lifeguard License Agreement.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 15 years of age.
  • Must successfully complete and maintain the ILTP/CPR license with pre and post requisites for the duration of employment.
  • Must pass a pre-employment Drug Screen and Background check.
  • Previous lifeguard experience is preferred.
