About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks, regular reports, and ongoing observations.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary environment by performing tasks like linen changes and surface sanitization.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to address concerns and provide daily companionship.
  • Move residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents.
