About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience. As an HVAC Service Professional, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair common and diverse HVAC emergencies efficiently and accurately.
- Build client relationships through outstanding service, strong communication, and customer service skills.
- Educate clients on their systems and maintenance requirements, and provide replacement options as necessary.
- Operate various hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
- Valid Texas driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history.
- EPA certification and registration with the State of Texas.
- TDLR certification.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
