As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our products, and sharing our unique Hawaii stories with guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Share our brand story and products with customers
  • Provide product knowledge and assist customers with purchases
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Perform basic cashiering, stock, and inventory duties
  • Meet individual sales goals
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service and sales/retail (preferred)
  • Experience with handling cash and point of sales systems (preferred)
  • Inventory experience (a plus)
  • Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
  • Goal-oriented and driven to grow sales
  • Reliable and quick learner
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent in Japanese speaking (a plus)
  • High school graduate or equivalent
Work Schedule:
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Able to work varied shifts, including opening and closing duties
