Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Imaging Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As a Travel Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners and other diagnostic imaging devices
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality
- Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, ensuring accurate and precise results
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams and imaging results
- ARRT-CT certification or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced imaging department
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical stamina to lift and move patients and equipment as needed
