About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our commercial construction litigation practice, you will be responsible for representing contractors on public and private projects, as well as in arbitration and litigation before state and federal courts and contract appeal boards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent contractors in commercial construction litigation, including public and private projects
  • Advise clients on contract disputes and negotiation strategies
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve client goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation, commercial construction, and/or government contracts
  • Strong understanding of contract law and litigation procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
