Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to join our team in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing and be able to work effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and obstetric emergencies.
- Document patient care and progress in the medical record.
- Active Labor and Delivery Nurse license in the state of California.
- 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
