Maintenance Outfitter

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and facilities.

• Electrical Repair: Perform electrical repairs, including lamp changing, light fixture repair/installation, and diagnostic capability.
• Plumbing Repair: Perform plumbing repairs, including pump and fixture installations/replacements/repair, drain cleaning, and diagnostic capability.
• Mechanical Repair: Perform basic mechanical repairs on tractors, forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong technical skills: Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Attention to detail: Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard and meet safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and management to resolve issues.
