About the Role

This is a PRN position with a flexible schedule, offering a great work-life balance. You will be part of a fun and friendly therapy team, working closely with our in-house therapy team to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing facility
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in CEU classes to stay up-to-date on the latest therapy techniques and best practices
