Your Role at Pace

As a Laboratory Technician I, you will apply your passion for science in the sample preparation department of our environmental testing laboratory. We provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in your new role and to foster your growth in the field of laboratory sciences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all laboratory sample-related tasks, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
  • Maintain and update relevant documentation and databases.
  • Engage in training on essential laboratory support policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory or office environment, remain standing for extended periods while conducting tests, tolerate strong odors, and utilize personal protective equipment while handling samples (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses, and gloves; all PPE provided by Pace).
  • Prior experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
