We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team at Essel. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for working on various construction projects, including framing, installing fixtures, and completing finishing work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
  • Material Selection: Select and evaluate materials for suitability.
  • Woodworking and Assembly: Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, composition, and other building materials.
  • Structural Installation: Build and install structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using various tools and equipment.
  • Fixtures and Finishing: Install cabinets, shelving, and other fixtures, and finish surfaces by sanding, staining, varnishing, or painting as needed.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain quality and safety standards throughout all phases of the construction project.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a construction or related field.
  • Blueprint Reading: Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
  • Building Codes and Safety: Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Tool Proficiency: Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools.
