**Job Title:** Pilates Instructor - Group Fitness

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Pilates Instructor to join our team at the YMCA of Central Kentucky. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality exercise instruction on the Pilates Reformer and other equipment in a group setting.

**Responsibilities:

  • Lead group fitness classes on the Pilates Reformer and other equipment.
  • Interact with members in a positive and supportive manner.
  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises.
  • Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment.
  • Attend continuing education courses and workshops to maintain certifications.

**Requirements:**

  • Pilates Mat or Reformer instructor certification from a nationally accredited certifying organization.
  • CPR and AED Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
