About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Northwest Medical Center. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and document care, including administering medications and performing various patient tests within the scope of practice
- Teach patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
Requirements:
- License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or acquired within 90 days of start of employment
- Current ACLS certification or acquired within 90 days of start of employment
