Job Overview

Fort Brewery, Pizza, and Wine is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Run food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Refill drinks and ensure glasses are always full.
  • Assist with pre-bus, bus, and reset tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Help servers with guests' requests and provide assistance with processing payments.
  • Clean throughout the shift and maintain a high level of sanitation and safety standards.
  • Assist with side work and restocking to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Must have current food handler's certification.
  • Must have current TABC certification.
  • Must be able to be on your feet for most of the shift.
  • Knowledge of safe food handling processes and sanitation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and teamwork.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Ability to learn the menus.
  • Knowledge of equipment safety.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Open availability is a plus, but not a requirement.
