Job Overview

Immediate Openings for 2nd Shift Reach Truck Forklift Operator Positions:

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions is actively seeking skilled Reach Truck Forklift Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting orders, maneuvering a forklift to transport goods within a warehouse setting, and performing various general labor tasks.


Compensation and Benefits:

Weekly earnings ranging from $19 to $21 per hour, along with an attractive benefits package. Additional pay increases and bonuses are available:

  • $0.50/hr increase after 45 days of employment
  • $0.50/hr increase and a $500 bonus upon being hired by the client (eligibility after 90 days)
  • $1,000 bonus after 6 months of employment with the client

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience operating a reach truck forklift
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be capable of standing for the entire shift and walking throughout the warehouse
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and attendance
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently load and unload freight while ensuring safety
  • Transport products to storage areas using appropriate equipment, stacking and storing merchandise correctly
  • Select orders for shipment and prepare merchandise for dispatch
  • Process orders by picking, checking, sorting, and consolidating freight
  • Wrap pallets, pack items, and confirm shipment of customer orders
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect products for any defects or damages
  • Organize warehouse products to optimize space and accessibility, facilitating easier item location

Work Schedule – 2nd Shift:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
