Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary dental care services to patients of all ages, in alignment with our mission to improve health outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with dental leadership to achieve industry-leading clinical outcomes, adhering to accepted dental practice standards and policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and community partners to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited dental school with a degree of Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) required.
  • Active, valid, unrestricted license to practice as a Dentist in the state of Nebraska; or license eligibility.
  • Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Dental Record preferred.
  • Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Spanish preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to culturally diverse patients, as well as other providers and staff members.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of general dentistry and oral surgery.
  • Ability to be credentialed and approved by OneWorld's Board of Directors.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to and from multiple work locations for coverage purposes, if needed.
