As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgical team in preparing the operating room for procedures, including setting up equipment and instruments.
  • Maintain aseptic technique and ensure the proper handling and disposal of surgical instruments and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgeon and patients.
  • Participate in the maintenance and cleaning of the operating room, including the decontamination and sterilization of equipment and instruments.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of surgical supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA).
  • 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist or related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
