Salary
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual compensation ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive an 18% night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Intensive Care Nurse to join our team in the Trauma Surgical Unit at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced respiratory treatments, complex wound care, and management of multi-system organ failure. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and one year of ICU experience. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, along with professional certification. You will also have excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
