Cylinder Handler

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for loading and unloading cylinders on vehicles, shipping and receiving of cylinders, cylinder staging, and limited customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50lbs, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload cylinders on assigned trucks or tractors
• Check identification, labels, valves, styles, and ensure safe storage of all cylinder products
• Secure all loads prior to deliveries
• Perform material handling of cylinders manually, using dollies, carts, and forklifts
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Notify supervisor of quality assurance problems

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
