About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Tonti. As a Make-Ready Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for painting, applying paint, varnish, or other finishes, and ensuring a flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for painting with attention to detail
  • Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
  • Mix and match colors to meet design specifications
  • Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment
  • Ensure all surfaces are properly covered and protected while painting
  • Assist with make-ready duties as needed
