Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. This position is responsible for processing transactions, managing inventory, and coordinating with 3PL providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound and outbound activities systematically, ensuring accurate posting of receipts and shipments.
  • Complete data processing and reporting tasks, maintaining accurate records of incoming containers and outgoing shipments.
  • Track containers and shipments, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Post receipts and track any discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with 3PL providers to resolve issues or short shipments with outbound orders.
  • Review pick and pack status, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Experience with routing guides for outbound shipments with large retailers is essential.
  • Assist with compliance for each customer's requirements, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Liaise between 3PL and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
  • Responsible for inventory transactions and adjustments, ensuring accurate records.
  • Track and control special projects completed by 3PL, ensuring timely completion.
  • Review and audit invoices for accuracy, ensuring timely payment.
  • Support various tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • SAP experience is preferred, but willingness to learn SAP is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data processing and reporting.
