Job Summary

Masonicare Corp is seeking a skilled and professional Wait Staff to join our team at Ashlar Village Senior Living Community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Participate in daily menu meetings with the culinary team to discuss evening meal and specials.
  • Conduct pre-meal checks to ensure tables are set and neat.
  • Clear tables, bus dishes, and re-set tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Follow post-meal cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Adhere to department dress code, wearing provided uniforms that are clean and neat.
  • Monitor posted schedules and report to work on time, as assigned.
  • Attend all scheduled in-services to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • On-the-job training provided.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instructions in English.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow established processes.
