About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
