Your Role: As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our interdisciplinary team, delivering specialized care to patients in need. Your expertise is essential for our community, and we are looking for dedicated professionals who prioritize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Technicians, ensuring high standards of practice.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and implement appropriate physical therapy interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Perform detailed assessments and reassessments, ensuring timely quality improvement measures.
