Conductor Trainee

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Conductor Trainee. As a key member of our Transportation department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight across our vast network.

• Assist in the coordination of train operations, scheduling, and dispatching
• Monitor and report on train conditions, including safety and efficiency metrics
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve operational issues
• Participate in rigorous training programs to develop skills and knowledge in railway operations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
