Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services
  • Dispatch ambulances and communicate with medical personnel and patients
  • Ensure timely and efficient transportation of patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Requirements:
  • Emergency Medical Dispatcher certification and/or EMT certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and emergency procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in dispatching services or related field
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and communication equipment
