Job Description
As a Lead Dentist and Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a patient-centric team and providing excellent quality of care while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Your duties will include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, and offering treatment planning options to patients. You will also mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school and possess strong leadership and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain awareness of the budget to attain financial objectives.
