Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have a positive experience in our cafe.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our members, ensuring that all products are fresh, ready, and available in the cafe.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
