Key Responsibilities:

  • Prevent and resolve medication errors to ensure patients' safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide clinical expertise in patient care areas and maintain operational expertise in pharmacy services.
  • Oversee medication automation, technology, and computer systems to optimize patient care.
  • Manage medication inventories and prepare patientspecific medication doses accurately.

Requirements:

  • One year of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
  • State Pharmacy License.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
