Job Title: Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at ABA Provider Services. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families to provide individualized therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children meet their goals and objectives.
  • Measure progress and track data to inform treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 60 college credits in a related field.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
