Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Virtual Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Virtual Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients remotely to provide occupational therapy services, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Virtual Assessments: Utilize technology to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and therapy needs.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create tailored treatment plans addressing physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, and implement them through virtual therapy sessions.
  • Track Progress and Document Results: Monitor clients' progress, document results, and fine-tune treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Clients and Families: Empower clients and their families with strategies to enhance independence and well-being, and provide education on adaptive strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy: From an accredited program.
  • NBCOT Certification and State Licensure: Or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • 2 Years of Experience: As an Occupational Therapist, preferably in pediatric settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Virtual Therapy Platforms: Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and families.
