As a vital member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care services to our valued guests while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
About the Role
- Provide direct patient care services, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA).
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Contribute to the assessment and development of care plans for our guests.
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state.
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- CPR certification.
