Key Responsibilities- Provide competent and compassionate patient care, adhering to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Standards of Professional Practice.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address those needs.
- Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in specialty area, staying current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Two years of clinical RN experience, with a focus on medicine.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
