Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors, as well as cleaning of restrooms and other facilities.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed, ensuring that all areas are fully equipped and ready for use.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or cleaning needs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and cleaning tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-3 years of experience in maintenance and cleaning, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, including safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and supplies.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Custodian will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. Overtime may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
