  • The Overnight Supervisor will oversee the overnight shift, ensuring quality client care and effective team performance.">
  • This role involves supervising and managing staff, providing training and guidance, and conducting daily activities that incorporate our agency's mission and values.">
  • The Overnight Supervisor is responsible for overseeing client care, safety, and facility management during the overnight shift.">

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and guidance to overnight Client Safety Navigators.">
  • Ensure all direct reports are in compliance with HR360 policies, procedures, and position expectations.">
  • Give ongoing feedback and conduct formal performance evaluations in a timely manner.">
  • Conduct team meetings as needed and staff touch bases at the start and end of each shift worked.">
  • Identify direct report strengths and weaknesses and strive to develop each direct report to their fullest potential.">
  • Deliver and arrange trainings and resources required for direct reports to perform their roles.">
  • Provide coaching, support, follow-up, and performance management to direct reports to ensure productivity/client care expectations are met.">
  • Responsible for direct report performance management, including performance improvement plans and formal written warning notices.">
  • Support the director/manager in terminations of direct reports as needed.">
  • Maintain open communication with Program Director & Program Manager concerning employee matters/needs and seek consultation when needed.">
  • Responsible for scheduling and facilitating team meetings as applicable to support client care and staff development.">
  • Responsible for ensuring all client interactions, treatment services, and client observations and safety checks are provided in an ethical and legal manner.">
  • Responsible for reviewing documentation and shift logs and client tracking for accuracy throughout the shift and performing any follow-up needed in real time.">
  • Responsible for all direct reports submitting documentation, logs, and tracking in accordance with program requirements and in compliance with all compliance and regulatory requirements and agency's policies.">
  • Responsible for identifying treatment oversight needs for the team and communicating the needs to the Operations Manager and leadership team.">
  • Assume ownership for any crisis situation and see it through to completion.">
  • Facilitate and assist with client case conferences as applicable.">
  • Responsible for ensuring all safety measures are executed and documented in keeping with the organization's values, mission, vision, and strategy.">
  • Work closely with program leadership to maintain electronic bed rounding schedules and reports.">
  • Responsible for ensuring hourly observations and hourly safety checks are completed and documented diligently to maintain safety and oversight of clients, facility, and staff.">
  • Address and resolve errors and alerts in real time.">
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all programmatic or project contractual requirements.">
  • Ensure clients' Drug & Alcohol testing meets contractual expectations and clinical necessity.">
  • Ensure all direct reports remain in compliance with policies and procedures as it relates to day-to-day program operations in collaboration with Program leadership, QI, and EHR staff.">
  • Responsible for direct report's and team's performance, including safety and monitoring of clients and facility, crisis response, and the quality of care and services provided by the team.">
  • Responsible for managing the overnight team to support program functions.">
  • Consult and collaborate with Program leadership concerning workload distribution across the team.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • State AOD certification required and at least 2 years working with clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.">
  • First Aid Certified">
  • CPR Certified">
  • High School diploma or equivalent">
  • Must not be on active parole or probation">
  • Ability to pass and maintain a CDCR security clearance, including FBI and DOJ">
