Compensation Package

We offer an attractive salary range of $50-$70 per hour, depending on experience, for this Private Duty LPN position in Connecticut. This compensation package reflects our commitment to ensuring that our caregivers receive fair compensation for their skills and dedication.

Job Responsibilities

As a Private Duty LPN, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Providing medication management, wound care, and other necessary treatments
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A valid LPN license in the state of Connecticut or compact license
  • Minimum 6 months of pediatric experience, with home health experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
