Job Overview

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate at Harvard Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas, restrooms, entrances, and assigned items. This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all areas, including restrooms, entrances, and assigned items.
  • Restock toilet tissue and other dispensers, empty trash, and reposition furniture.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by checking trash containers before moving them.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas and incidental spills.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues
  • Availability to work assigned hours, including evenings and weekends
