We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team at SERVPRO of Vacaville/Dixon. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by performing various tasks and assisting with the installation of building components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Load, transport, and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
  • Basic Construction Tasks: Assist with the installation of building components, including baseboards and hardware, and perform other basic construction tasks as needed.
  • Job Site Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning up debris and disposing of waste materials.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members by following all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Follow instructions from supervisors to complete required tasks and effectively communicate with other team members to move projects forward.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in construction, finish carpentry, repair work, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Safety Certification: Ability to safely tow trailers and equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50lbs safely.
