ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the Core Services of the AI Platform, including model hosting, runtime, orchestrations, and MLOps for AI and Generative AI development lifecycle.
Requirements- Extensive experience working on a centralized AI/ML Platform supporting diverse applications.
- High degree of technical understanding to collaborate with engineers, architects, and AI/ML practitioners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical content to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model development lifecycle and Intuit's product offerings.
- 5-7 years of product management experience for technical platform products in a fast-paced environment.
- Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Core Services of AI Platform.
- Collect feedback from AI/ML practitioners and stakeholders, derive requirements, and prioritize investments.
- Ensure product success from ideation to launch, ongoing support, and improvements.
- Create user education and onboarding programs to grow adoptions and democratize AI.
- Follow industry trends and innovations, bringing advanced technologies to the AI Platform.
