**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Stocker - Seafood Specialist to join our team at Restaurant Depot. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking product on shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to our valued customers.
  • Stock product on shelves, including removing boxes from pallets and opening boxes to re-stock shelves.
  • Organize and front-face items on shelves to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform regular inspections to meet HACCP regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in reviewing inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages.
  • Verify shelf pricing is accurate and reflects the most recent pricing.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse through regular maintenance schedules, including scrubbing and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards on department floors, promptly and safely handling any spills and removing trash from the floor.
  • Collaborate with Hi-Lo operators to ensure the selling floor remains stocked and safe by promptly returning overstock pallets to overhead reserves.
  • Notify supervisors of any low stock or out-of-stock merchandise.

Physical Demands:

  • Walk/stand on concrete for up to 10 hours/day.
  • Frequently turn, stand, reach, stoop, and/or bend.
  • Frequently push/pull objects weighing 500 to 1,500 lbs.
  • Frequently lift/carry objects weighing more than 60 lbs.

Work Environment:

  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent exposure to cold/freezing temperatures.
  • Work around equipment in motion, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and scooters.
  • Perform other work-related duties as required and assigned.
  • May be required to work in other departments as needed.
