• Provide strategic leadership to our nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality accreditations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Partner with physicians to deliver seamless patient care and drive clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement new services that drive revenue growth and improve patient outcomes.
• Create a positive work environment that attracts and retains top clinical talent.
• Manage costs effectively, identifying opportunities to eliminate non-value added expenses.
• Establish and maintain nursing standards, ensuring accountability and responsibility for patient care.
• Develop and manage the nursing services budget, ensuring adequate staffing and resources.
• Plan and deliver nursing care interventions that promote patient comfort, wellness, and improvement.
• Analyze and improve performance through organization-wide performance improvement activities.
• Represent nursing services at hospital meetings and participate in designing patient care and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree required.
• Current RN licensure within the state.
• 5+ years of successful leadership experience in an acute-care hospital environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
