About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Medical Director to lead our Gastroenterology team in Hawaii. This is an excellent opportunity to join our healthcare organization and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical leadership, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the implementation of evidence-based practices in gastroenterology. Responsibilities
  • Provide medical leadership and oversight to the Gastroenterology team
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal results
  • Mentor and support junior physicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in gastroenterology
Requirements
  • Board certification in Gastroenterology or related specialty
  • Strong clinical background and experience in medical leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
