Multidisciplinary Therapist with a Focus on Community Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multidisciplinary Therapist to join our team at HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC in Dalton, GA.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, be bilingual in Spanish, and have experience in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and families in both office and community settings.
- Work with individuals and families in outpatient office settings as well as meeting them where they are in the community.
- Crisis intervention and treatment planning.
- Fully licensed therapists may assist with oversight of clinical service provision for the team.
- SUCCESSFUL STAFF EXUDE A PASSION FOR SERVING VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.
- A flexible schedule is important for this role, allowing you to have control over your session planning.
- Ability to work independently and manage time well.
- Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals.
- Master's degree from an accredited school in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Associate or Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) not required, but must be license eligible.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to navigate online electronic medical record system (CareLogic).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency employees.
- Supervision is provided and required.
