Resumen del Puesto

Buscamos un Especialista en Cuidado de Viñedos dedicado y trabajador para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de diversas tareas relacionadas con el cuidado y mantenimiento de nuestro viñedo, que incluyen la poda, el desahije, la gestión del dosel, el riego y el mantenimiento general del viñedo. Este puesto requiere una sólida ética de trabajo, atención al detalle y la capacidad de trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Poda: Realizar una poda precisa de las vides para asegurar un crecimiento óptimo y producción de frutos.
  • Desahije: Eliminar brotes no deseados de las vides para mantener la salud de la planta y mejorar la calidad de la uva.
  • Gestión del Dosel: Llevar a cabo tareas como el deshoje, posicionamiento de brotes y recorte para optimizar la exposición al sol y la circulación del aire.
  • Riego: Monitorear y mantener los sistemas de riego para asegurar un suministro adecuado de agua a las vides.
  • Gestión de Plagas y Enfermedades: Asistir en la identificación y control de plagas y enfermedades mediante prácticas de manejo integrado de plagas.
  • Apoyo en la Cosecha: Participar en actividades de cosecha de uvas, incluyendo la recolección y clasificación de las mismas.
  • Gestión del Suelo y Malezas: Realizar tareas relacionadas con la salud del suelo y el control de malezas, incluyendo el deshierbe, acolchado y aplicación de tratamientos orgánicos o químicos según sea necesario.
  • Operación de Equipos: Operar y mantener de manera segura el equipo y maquinaria del viñedo, como tractores, pulverizadores y herramientas de poda.
  • Mantenimiento General: Asistir con tareas de mantenimiento general en el viñedo, incluyendo reparaciones de enrejados, cercas y otros mantenimientos de infraestructura.

Calificaciones

  • Experiencia: Se prefiere experiencia previa en trabajo de viñedo o labor agrícola, aunque no es un requisito. Se proporcionará capacitación al candidato adecuado.
  • Resistencia Física: Capacidad para realizar tareas físicamente exigentes y trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas.
  • Atención al Detalle: Fuerte atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones de manera precisa.
  • Ética Laboral: Fiable, puntual y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente así como parte de un equipo.
  • Conciencia de Seguridad: Conocimiento y compromiso con las prácticas de seguridad en el viñedo.

Requisitos

  • Transporte: Debe contar con transporte confiable hacia y desde el viñedo.
  • Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad para trabajar en horarios variables, incluyendo mañanas tempranas, fines de semana y durante temporadas pico.
