Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
- Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and educational needs, and develop individualized plans of care to address these needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Mentor and educate colleagues on best practices and new technologies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college program or technical school, or nursing diploma.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a pediatric setting.
- RN License (AR or Compact State) - Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN).
- Certification specific to patient population (optional).
